The 35.4 metre classic Feadship motor yacht Alhambra has been listed for sale with Ed Dickenson at Northrop & Johnson.
Alhambra is a fine example of a classic canoe stern Feadship. She was delivered in 1970 with design by H.W. De Voogt and has been the subject of continued refits throughout her life, including a technical refit in 2008 followed by an extensive three-year refit plan from 2019 to 2022 under her current ownership.
Recent work included a full repaint, a rebuild of the engines, an interior revamp, all new teak on the sundeck and new exterior additions (including sun awnings, a bar and a tender crane on the foredeck)
Alhambra can sleep up to 10 guests in the comfort of five staterooms with additional accommodation for a crew of six. Accommodation is split between the lower and main decks and comprises a king-sized master, a VIP suite, a double cabin and two twins that can convert to doubles as required.
Her interior package is refined with muted soft greys and rich walnut panels. This yacht for sale has an open-plan saloon that incorporates a formal dining area.
The sundeck has been restyled and features two large lounge areas which serve an al fresco cinema set-up, with a bar and two bar stools as well as a Teppanyaki grill and dining table shaded by awnings. Down at the water's edge, a stern door opens to offer guests direct access to the water via a new passerelle swimming ladder. Forward of the bridge is a set of sun pads for guest use.
Alhambra is powered by two Detroit Diesel 16V-71N 460hp engines delivering a top speed of 14 knots. She is also equipped with stabilisers for comfort both at anchor and underway.
Alhambra is asking €5,500,000.
