The 43-metre CRN motor yacht Titian Pearl has joined the market under a joint central agency with Tom Barnes of Bluewater Yachting and Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates.
Titian Pearl was delivered in 2001 as the only Magnifica 43 model from the Italian yard. Italian design icon Nuvolari Lenard penned her exterior and interior design, while John A. Bennett was responsible for her naval architecture. The tri-deck yacht underwent an extensive refit in 2023 to 2024 at the cost of €6,000,000, according to her broker, with works including a full exterior repaint, sundeck redesign and brand new systems throughout.
A five-cabin layout comfortably accommodates 10 guests on board. A full-beam owner's suite steals the show; it is notably large and complete with an office space, sofa area, walk-in wardrobe and lavish en suite. The remaining guest accommodation comprises a full-beam VIP, one double and two twins, all with en suite and flat-screen televisions. Meanwhile, there are quarters for a crew of 10.
Her volume is large, with the newly fitted interior exuding "modern luxury and elegance". The main saloon has been designed to create a welcoming and sociable ambience, fitted with two curved sofas facing each other and a circular dining table. Upstairs, a sky lounge offers an alternative lounge space complete with a bar – perfect for evening enjoyment.
A highlight of her exteriors is now her expansive sundeck, which was remodelled as part of her 2024 refit. A large sunpad lies forward of the deck, while a new bar sits amidship and sofas overlook the stern. Meanwhile, there is a comfortable sofa area on the main deck aft and sheltered al fresco dining on the upper deck aft.
Titian Pearl is a popular charter yacht with Bluewater, equipped with an extensive toy box and dual garages with space for a six-metre tender. She also benefits from an opening transom and inflatable swim platform for easy access to the water.
The RINA-classed yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar 1950hp engines, providing her with a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. She is also fitted with zero-speed stabilisers for additional comfort.
Currently lying in Dénia, Spain, Titian Pearl is asking €9,950,000 with VAT paid.
