The 26.52 metre motor yacht Scott Free, listed for sale by Will Noftsinger at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Bob Nordin of Welcome Aboard Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to a design by Tom Fexas, Scott Free was delivered in 2006 as an 84’ Bravo model and has spent most of her life in freshwater until two years ago. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a full beam master suite, VIP suite, double and a twin, and all cabins on this yacht for sale have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
A capacious saloon has comfortable seating on large settees, coffee tables, a granite-topped wet bar with a fridge, ice maker and a wine cooler and there is a full entertainment centre including a 50-inch LG television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area at a custom wooden table and six chairs while further forward still is a ‘country kitchen’ galley with a breakfast nook for casual snacks through the day.
The aft deck offers endless opportunities for al fresco dining, equipped with built in upholstered seating, a pedestal mounted table, flatscreen television set and four teak chairs.
Up on the flybridge, a well-appointed L-shaped bar is located to starboard with fixed stainless-steel stools, Subzero refrigerator drawers and Fire Magic gas grill. To port is a large dining table with wrap around seating, storage beneath and a dinette. The aft area is dominated by a hot tub to port and an inviting outdoor patio style lounge complete with a gas fire pit that is perfect for evening cocktails under a setting sun. Twin 1,550hp Caterpillar C-30 diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 21 knots topping out at 26 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Scott Free was asking $1,899,000.
