The 38.1 metre Cheoy Lee motor yacht Nicole Evelyn, listed for sale by Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by John Haucke of HMY Yacht Sales.
With naval architecture by Mulder Design, Nicole Evelyn was built in GRP by Chinese superyacht yard Cheoy Lee and was launched in 2003 and refitted in 2020. Features include an outdoor spa pool, several al fresco dining options, a bar, formal dining saloon, good sunbathing areas as well as expansive interior accommodation for up to 10 guests in five cabins. A full beam main deck master suite has a king size bed plus a private office while there are also a further three doubles and a twin below deck. All cabins have audio visual systems and en suite bathrooms.
A real gem of an interior includes stained-glass doors, inlaid Roman-gold marble, polished gold and crystal fixtures, and fine exotic woods including African cherry. All systems including electronics, audiovisual systems, fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, and she has been meticulously maintained.
The designers of Nicole Evelyn made excellent use of the exterior spaces, maximising the seating areas on the main and upper aft decks, adding sun pads forward on the main deck and providing ample lounging space on the panoramic sun deck.
Twin 2,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 14 knots.
Nicole Evelyn was asking $7,950,000.
