The 27.7 metre Burger motor yacht Victory has been listed for sale with IYC.
Designed by in-house designer Don O'Keefe, Victory was built in aluminium by US yard Burger Boat with delivery in 1994. She joins the market following a 2017 refit where the yacht underwent a full exterior re-paint and interior overhaul with new Caterpillar engines installed. The engines will remain under warranty until 2022.
Victory accommodates six guests in three staterooms, arranged as a master suite, a queen-sized guest cabin and a convertible twin cabin. At the heart of the yacht, an open-plan main saloon features large sofas and a formal dining area forward, with a flat-screen television that can be positioned to face either area.
Moving aft, an al fresco dining table seats up to eight guests with cushioned teak chairs, while above, guests can enjoy the view from the flybridge, fitted with lounge sofas, an observation bench and a bar. Victory also boasts a swim platform for launching toys accessed via the aft deck.
The new propulsion system of CAT C-18 engines deliver a top speed of 24 knots, with a range of 3,750 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Victory is asking $1,695,000
