The 35.38 metre Burger motor yacht Patriot has been sold by Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson, with Chris Callahan at Moran Yacht & Ship representing the buyer.
She was built in aluminium by US superyacht builder Burger Boat to a design by Don O’Keefe. Delivered in 2005, the yacht underwent a recent refit in 2021 and is ABS classed. She has a Mediterranean style interior design featuring African cherry wood and Madrona burl joinery.
Eight guests are accommodated in four staterooms, including a master suite forward with a his and hers en suite bathroom, a large settee and cedar lined wardrobes. Found on the lower deck, three staterooms include a double with a queen bed and two twins. Each cabin is kitted out with an entertainment system, linked to the yacht's central server.
The main saloon features a large L-shaped settee and a leather-bound coffee table, leading through to an aft deck with al fresco dining for up to 10 guests. Penned by the yard, her interior features bespoke carpeting that boasts Aztec-style patterns.
Aft of the helm area on the large flybridge is a full service bar, fridge, ice maker, grill and comfortable seating for alfresco cocktails and dining.
Twin 1,650hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 2,500 nautical miles. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Patriot was asking $8,995,000.
