The 27.4 metre motor yacht Julianne, listed for sale by John Todd at Luke Brown Yachts, has been sold with his colleague Parker Bogue introducing the buyer.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger Boat to a design by Don O’Keefe, she was delivered in 2002 and had a major refit in 2013 with all systems refreshed or replaced, bringing her back to ‘as new’ condition. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite amidships, a VIP suite to port and a twin cabin to starboard, all with entertainment centres and marble en suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for four crew.
The décor throughout is in satin finished makore wood and her 2013 refit gives her a timeless air. The lounge area has an L-shaped settee, upholstered club chairs, a games table, bar with a black granite top and an entertainment centre including a concealed television screen. Forward is formal dining with seating for six guests. Further forward still is the fully equipped galley containing a freestanding black granite topped dinette to offer relaxed snacks throughout the day.
Outdoor spaces are expansive an include a large aft deck with seating and a table, and a flybridge with a single helm station, U-shaped seating to port and starboard in front of two tables on stainless steel pedestals, all shaded by a custom GRP hard top.
Twin 1,480hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots.
Lying in Longboat Key, Florida, Julianne was asking $4.4 million.
