The 30.48 metre motor yacht Situations, listed for sale by Whit Kirtland at Bradford Marine, has been sold with Dick Philips of Drop Anchor Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Built by US yacht builder Broward and launched in 1988, she had an interior refit by IK Yacht Design in 2006 and was completely repainted in December 2012. Situations has a custom designed country kitchen, which has been arranged to feature an island, and boasts granite countertops.
The raised pilothouse is constructed in aluminium and she has a spacious interior with accommodation for six guests in a master suite with king-size bed, VIP stateroom and a twin cabin. Situations also accommodates crew in four berths. The flybridge on Situations also has a custom island, hosting a wet bar and stainless steel grill. Truly designed for entertainment, she also boasts a hot tub that is situated forward on the flybridge.
The aft deck is a second spot for al fresco entertainment, featuring a teak dining table that seats up to six guests, welcoming lounge seating and a place for a flatscreen television. Just steps down from the aft deck is a cockpit, which is ideal for fishing or diving activities.
Powered by twin 1,040hp Detroit Deisel engines, Situations cruises at 14 knots and can reach a top speed of 18 knots. With a draft of only 1.75 metres, she is primed for cruising in the shallow waters of The Bahamas and the Caribbean.
Situations was asking $799,000.
