The 48.8 metre Bilgin motor yacht Clarity has been sold in-house by Fraser after just three months on the market. Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Carrol represented the seller and Andrew Bond and Gulbranson introduced the buyer.
Built with a steel hull and cold-moulded superstructure by Turkish yard Bilgin Yachts to RINA class, Clarity was launched in 2015. The yacht's exterior design is inspired by a 1920’s classic gentlemen’s yacht, while her interior offers elegant, open-plan living.
A popular charter yacht, accommodation is for 10 guests in five large cabins including a split-level master suite on the main deck with panoramic views. The master also incorporates an office space and large walk-in closet dressing area.
Clarity offers multiple outdoor entertainment spaces, including the main aft deck, sky lounge deck aft, Portuguese private bridge forward, and a large open sundeck. A large under-lit agate bar is the focal point of the upper aft deck, with ample seating and the latest in audio and visual entertainment available.
The interior boasts wooden millwork and stone applications throughout, and the large main saloon has comfortable loose furniture, a bar and a state-of-the-art entertainment centre including an LG 47 inch LCD television screen, DVD system and surround sound.
Powered by twin 680hp Caterpillar engines Clarity has a cruising speed of 11 knots topping out at 13 knots and she is fitted with Trac zero speed stabilisers.
Clarity was asking $10,750,000.
