Benetti motor yacht Legasea finds new owner

The 42.67 metre Benetti motor yacht Legasea has been sold by Azimut Yachts Israel with Frank Grzeszczak Jr of FGI Yacht Group representing the buyer.

Designed by Stefano Righini and built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to RINA class, she was delivered in 2014 as one of the yard’s Veloce 140 series. The interior by British studio RWD uses Kato wood throughout, a tropical African wood with a light grey stain. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests split between five cabins. The main deck features a full-beam master's suite, while below are three VIP suites plus two twins, all with plenty of storage space, entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Legasea was asking €15,000,000

The main saloon lounge area has an L-shaped settee, two designer chairs and an entertainment centre, while forward is a dining area seating up to 12 guests. 

The skylounge has large windows, allowing natural light to pour in, and is furnished with a starboard U-shaped seating area made up of three settees and two armchairs facing an entertainment centre, including a large screen television. To port lies a full bar and fridge.

Double sliding doors lead to the upper aft deck offering a built-in service area, seating for up to 16 guests dining al fresco and two settees for casual lounging. Up on the sun deck is a large bar, U-shaped seating, a Jacuzzi, sun pads and a powered opening sun roof.

Twin 3,460hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots, topping out at 22 knots.
