The 25.6 metre motor yacht Yaiza, listed for sale by Jim Acher at bluewater, has been sold with no other brokers involved.
Built in GRP by Spain's Astondoa yard, Yaiza was delivered in 2000 as one of the yard's 82' GLX models. She is a rare example of an 82-footer with five genuine guest staterooms comprising a master suite, two VIP suites and two twins, all with en suite facilities. She has two crew cabins sharing a bathroom aft.
Yaiza is fast, reaching a top speed of 31 knots courtesy of triple MAN 1,300hp engines and a planing hull, and cruises comfortably at 28 knots. She also has extensive outdoor spaces for al fresco entertaining and dining, including a large aft deck and flybridge. The flybridge comes complete with a wet bar, sun pads and two Bimini tops offering shade from the midday sun.
The aft deck is shaded and boasts al fresco entertaining and dining options with built in upholstered seating and a separate table, while the foredeck has ample sun cushions for sunbathing in privacy, even when moored.
Jim Acher said: "Yaiza is in great condition. Over the Christmas 2014 period her owner has serviced and re-commissioned all machinery and on-board systems, including new antifouling, and she is now ready to go in turnkey condition"
Lying in Valencia, Spain, Yaiza was asking €645,000.
