The 52 metre motor yacht Kiss the Sky, listed for sale by Imperial in Monaco, has been sold to a direct client.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Amels to a design by Terence Disdale, she was delivered in 2001. Lloyds classed, she was refitted in 2009 with her original Terence Disdale interior replaced by a Patrick Knowles design, opulent in his use of finely crafted woods and precious fabrics.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in five generous cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP suites and two twins with Pullman berths, all offering entertainment centres, satellite television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are crew quarters for 13 staff.
The expansive saloon has comfortable seating on settees and upholstered armchairs with glass topped coffee tables and an entertainment centre. The adjacent dining area has formal seating for 12 guests and can be closed off for maximum privacy.
She hosts a beautiful sky lounge on the bridge deck, with full-beam seating, games tables and an entertainment centre for relaxation in front of the latest Hollywood offerings while aft is an al fresco cocktail and dining area for eight to 10 guests.
Her raked radar arch provides protection from the sun on her large sun deck, an excellent area for entertaining, casual dining, or sun worship on aft sun loungers, with a Jacuzzi spa, bar and barbecue grill forward.
Twin 1,200hp Cummins engines give her a cruising speed of 12.5 knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
The asking price of Kiss the Sky has been withheld.
