The 31.2-metre Alloy sailing yacht Paliador has been sold by Hank Halsted and Jaco Stofberg at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in New Zealand in 2002, she has been cared for by a series of dedicated owners and has explored some of the world’s most remote destinations. Paliador showcases a low freeboard, sculpted transom and a bow overhang designed by Ted Fontaine, who also completed the naval architecture. Her most recent refit, in 2020, included a complete rig rebuild, repaint and refinished exterior teak deck.
Accommodation is for a party of up to eight guests in four cabins, including an owner's cabin with a private deck, twin guest cabins to port and starboard and an additional cabin with a single berth.
She boasts a low-profile raised pilothouse with 360-degree views. A few steps down from the pilothouse is the main saloon – featuring a comfortable L-shaped settee, a flat-screen TV that raises up and a well-equipped galley with a breakfast counter. The space is bathed in light thanks to the forward-facing windshields which create an open-skylight effect. Guests can also benefit from the fully stocked bar, featuring a wine cooler and ice maker.
This yacht for sale also provides ample cushioned settees and dining spaces for al fresco living, including the U-shaped seating area within the cockpit.
Paliador was last asking $2,750,000.
