The 30.6 metre motor yacht Tan Xian Hao, listed for sale by Adam Essex at Camper & Nicholsons Asia, has been sold with the buyer introduced by John DeCaro at All Ocean Yachts.
Built in steel and aluminium by Chinese yard Maxi Marine to a design by Jon Overing, she was delivered in 2016. Accommodation in a dark cherry wood interior is for eight guests in four cabins laid out as a master suite, two VIP suites and a twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, Sony television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while an additional three cabins sleep five crew aboard this yacht for sale.
There is an al fresco dining area in the aft cockpit, shaded by the flybridge above. The upper deck is split level with a second helm station, hard top roof, a generous seating area and there are bar facilities. The vast aft deck provides flexibility for either transporting various tenders and jet skis by fitting a crane, or simply leaving this area open for parties and entertaining.
A proven global-girdling explorer yacht, she has a maximum speed of 13 knots and a cruising range of 4,450 nautical miles at 10 knots, courtesy of twin 600hp Caterpillar diesel engines. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Tan Xian Hao was asking $4,990,000.
