Italian shipyard Siman Yachts has announced its latest launch: a 45-metre superyacht named Como. The yacht hit the water at the shipyard's Pisa site in a ceremony attended by the owner's representatives.
Siman Yachts previously operated as a subcontractor, most famously on the only Versilcraft SportAdventure 45 model Miss Candy, which was delivered in 2022 and is currently available for sale with Yachtsmen International. Como is the first yacht to be built under the Siman Yachts brand.
The model has been designed by British studio Harrison Eidsgaard, also known for its collaboration the 74.5-metre Abeking & Rasmussen Elandess (now M'Brace), Lürssen's 95-metre Madsummer (now CC-Summer) and the upcoming 79-metre Turquoise Yachts build, Project Toro.
Details on Como have been kept tightly under wraps, though imagery reveals a sheltered design with a high, vertical bow and broad lines of glazing.
The model is also confirmed to have a steel and aluminium construction and a propulsion package that includes twin Caterpillar 1600hp engines.
