Italian yard Sanlorenzo has launched and delivered the 40th hull in its 27 metre SX88 crossover series.
Named Dellagrazia, the yacht was launched during a private ceremony in front of her owners in January 2022 at Sanlorenzo’s Ameglia shipyard. She is the first of the series to be delivered to Greece.
Construction began on speculation and the yacht was sold in September 2021 during the Cannes Yachting Festival with Ekka Yachts’ managing director Dimitris Kyriazakos introducing the buyer.
Speaking about Dellagrazia’s delivery, Kyriazakos said: “Congratulations to the new owners, crew, surveyor and the entire Sanlorenzo family who made this possible.”
The SX88 is constructed in GRP, having first made its debut in 2017 as the flagship of the SX range. Sporting an exterior by Officina Italiana Design and an interior penned in-house, the model is referred to as a “crossover between a compact explorer yacht and a flybridge yacht.”
Highlights on board include accommodation for eight guests comprising a master’s suite, VIP suite, one double cabin and one twin cabin all situated on the lower deck. An aft deck boasts ample comfortable seating, while sun pads are found on the sundeck.
Speaking about Dellagrazia’s delivery, Kyriazakos said: “Congratulations to the new owners, crew, surveyor and the entire Sanlorenzo family who made this possible.”
Kyriazakos extended “special thanks to senior sales consultant Nikolas Makridis who worked closely in securing this transaction.”
The model is powered by three Volvo IPS1050-800HP engines which provide a top speed of 23 knots and a fast cruising speed of 20 knots.
