Turkish shipyard Dynamiq has released further details of the first unit in its Grand Turismo Transatlantic 170 (GTT 170) series.
The 52-metre was sold in June 2024 by Denison Yachting Monaco and is set to become Dynamiq's flagship. Delivery is scheduled for early 2027, with construction beginning this autumn.
The GTT 170 will be built in aluminium and feature "the latest foiling technology" alongside a fast-displacement hull by Vripack. The Dutch studio is also responsible for naval architecture. Exterior lines are by Dobroserdov Design, while interiors are owed to Italian studio Claudio Pironi & Partners.
The model has been described as a "two-season charter machine", with certifications that enable commercial charter operations and a draft of two metres for access to remote areas in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. On the leisure side, the GTT 170 has a dedicated spa with a sauna and gym, a two-tiered beach club with folding bulwarks, a 12-person spa pool and an outdoor cinema lounge on the sundeck.
Accommodation is across five guest cabins and an owner's suite. Interior renderings reveal a warm, contemporary aesthetic which incorporates grained woods, a blue and white palette and marble features in the walls and ceilings.
Key numbers include a sub-500GT build, a nine-metre beam and a range of 4,500 nautical miles. According to the shipyard, the model's main engines are "40 per cent" smaller than her peers while "maintaining the same performance parameters".
"Denison Yachting has been a great ambassador for our brand and has consistently introduced like-minded owners looking for next-generation superyachts," said Marija Dobroserdova, director of sales at Dynamiq. "We have invested heavily in our hi-tech facility, which can accommodate yachts up to 60 metres and this new order is a tremendous show of faith in our brand and our future. One last build slot remains available for immediate start for the right client."
This marks the second Dynamiq project sold by Pierre Badin of Denison Yachting Monaco. The first was the 50-metre GTT 165, which reached a construction milestone in May 2024.
