American yard Hatteras used the occasion of the 2018 Miami Yacht Show to release further details of its RP105 yacht project.
This 31.09 metre yacht is the largest model in the yard’s current range, with a 6.86 metre beam and a maximum draught of 1.88 metres.
Kelly Grindle, CEO and President of Hatteras, added: “The Hatteras 105RPH will be our largest resin-infused hull to date and to our knowledge, the largest single part to be infused in the US.”
Key features on board will include a foredeck lounge that has been designed for hosting social gatherings, with plenty of seating and storage space. Moving inside and the single-piece windshield in the raised pilothouse will allow plenty of natural light to flood in as well as offering spectacular, uninterrupted views out to sea.
The RP105 will be offered with either a main deck master suite or a spacious forward galley. Whichever option is selected, owners will benefit from a huge dimmable skylight overhead.
The interior décor has been described by the yard as “fresh and sophisticated”, with the aim of appealing to a wide global audience.
Power will come from a pair of 1,900hp Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines, while the total fuel capacity of 17,640 litres should ensure extended cruising is on the cards.
What’s more, the RP105 yacht will be offered with the intuitive HattCon digital yacht management system first introduced last year on its M90 Panacera yacht.
