The 118.8-metre Project 821 has been launched from Feadship's Royal Van Lent shipyard in Kaag, the Netherlands. She is now available for sale with Edmiston.
Exterior design is by RWD, while her interiors are owed to British studio RWD. The yacht was last seen as a bare hull when she rolled out of the construction shed at NMC shipyard near the Dutch city of Rotterdam (19 April 2022). She was ordered by her owner in October 2019, according to BOATPro.

Little else is known about the superyacht. Imagery reveals a tapered upper deck and generous beach club, with a space that could host a swimming pool on the main deck aft.
This follows the news that the 75.7-metre Alvia had been delivered to her owner.
