Italian yard Benetti has delivered the seventh unit from its Delfino 95 line - just in time for the summer season.
The owner took delivery of the 29 metre yacht, which has been christened Aslan, at the Benetti shipyard in Viareggio, Italy, and celebrated its completion with family and 40 friends over two days of parties.
The three-deck yacht is instantly recognisable by her distinct blue hull and is the first of the line to feature such a design. Throughout her interiors, designed by Benetti and under the owner’s instruction, a colour scheme of white, blue and red with maritime hints can be detected.
Aslan can sleep up to 10 guests and five crew. Guests and crew cabins are found below on the lower deck, while the owner’s carpeted cabin is located on the main deck. The main saloon, which features open bookcases, Loro Piana furniture and an eight-seat dining table, is located on the main deck. The upper deck features a generous Jacuzzi designed in Tuscan artisan mosaic and a further dining table for 10 guests, ideal for al fresco meals, is located at the stern of the deck.
Powered by two 985.0hp MAN V8-1000 diesel engines she has a top speed of 13 knots. Aslan joins two other Benetti motor yachts launched this season; Mediterraneo 116 Big Five and Unit BS011, the eleventh Classic Supreme 132.
The construction of Unit BD107, named Aslan, was overseen by Edmiston & Company.
