Admiral, a brand of The Italian Sea Group (TISG) has released additional details on its new 50-metre explorer, Project Adventure.
The concept was first unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2023, where it was described by TISG founder and CEO Giovanni Costantino as "unusual and innovative" in its design and expedition capacities.
Project Adventure has a distinctive glass segment in the bow and a pod-style feature on the aft deck, giving it a completely different look and feel to Admiral's current explorer flagship, the 73.2-metre Planet Nine. All exterior and interior design has been completed in-house.
Accommodation is across six cabins. Found in the bow, the master cabin has direct access to a private sundeck and offers far-flung views thanks to large windows cantilevered onto the hull. On the forward area of the owner's deck is a large, glass-bottomed swimming pool and private sunbathing space.
A fully customisable stern area is equipped with a glass-bottomed swimming pool and foldable gunwales, while the sundeck has the wheelhouse, captain's cabin and a touch-and-go helipad.
Powered by twin MAN engines, Project Adventure will be able to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots. Other key numbers include a 9.5-metre beam and a fuel capacity of 55,000 litres.
This follows the keel-laying of Admiral's first hybrid Panorama model.
