That's 40 sales so far in 2014 as Raymond Young at RJC Yachts closes on the sale of the 36.58m motor yacht Sigrun with Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts bringing the buyer.

Built by Broward Marine and launched in 2002, she is reportedly one of the most well equipped yachts the yard has ever produced. Eight guests are accommodated in an on deck master suite and three VIP queen staterooms – all with en suite bathroom facilities. Features include a vast flybridge with a custom-made hard top, island bar, full enclosure, custom tender and a variety of water toys.

Sigrun is powered by reliable 3412 Caterpillar main engines, and has a 13,000 gallon fuel tank giving her an extended cruising range of 2,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

She was being offered for the first time by her original owner, and has been immaculately maintained by her original captain. Her hull was repainted in hunter green in 2011, and her white superstructure was repainted in 2010.

Sigrun was asking $4,195,000.
