The 39.6 metre motor yacht Constellation, listed for sale by Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal with Ralph Raulin introducing the buyer.
Constellation was built by US superyacht yard Westport in composite as one of the yard’s ever-popular 130 series with naval architecture by William Garden and delivered in 2007. She has an interior by the Westport in-house team featuring elegant raised-panel cherry wood joinery. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, two VIP suites and a twin cabin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The sky lounge offers a great area to relax in peace and is fully carpeted and furnished with comfortable seating, an entertainment centre and a games table.
On the aft deck to port there is a full service walk up bar with a weather proof television screen, three bar stools and blue pearl granite counter bar top. In the centre of this area is a high gloss varnished circular table with chairs for six guests.
Deck areas are spacious and the flybridge space is fitted with a full helm station and varnished tables with built-in seating on both port and starboard sides. The bar is located aft of the helm under the radar arch with full wet facilities, three stools and a barbecue grill. Aft of the bar is a wonderful sun lounge area.
Features include satellite internet access, a hot tub in the bow and a custom gymnasium with a sauna and steam shower. Constellation has had the same owners since new and has never been chartered.
Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and have logged 3,600 hours so far.
Lying in West Palm Beach, Florida, Constellation was asking $8,995,000.
