The 30.5-metre sailing yacht Indio, listed with Tomaso Polli at Edmiston, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Indio was delivered in 2009, built as a high-performance sloop by Wally to a design by German Frers. Her lightweight construction in advanced composite and carbon fibre gives her an edge on the racing circuit, paired with titanium deck fittings and a high modulus carbon mast.
She has had only one owner since new and has been meticulously maintained throughout her life with her most recent refit in 2022. This involved full deck sanding, an upgraded steering system and an overhaul of the windlass hydraulics.
Indio can sleep up to 10 guests across four en suite cabins, encompassing a large owner's stateroom, a double cabin with a Pullman berth, a twin cabin with a Pullman berth, and a children's or staff cabin with two bunkbeds. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of four.
Her interior is light and contemporary with wengé woods, untreated teak and ecru fabric. A skylight runs the length of the main saloon where guests will find an L-shaped sofa and dining table to port and another L-shaped sofa, this time with a coffee table, to starboard.
Her deck layout features two separate cockpits: a recessed social cockpit amidships that features a dining table and sofas, and a sailing cockpit aft with twin helm stations.
Indio flies 541 square metres of sail upwind (with a self-tacking jib) and has a full complement of sails, including a 730 square metre A2 sail. Her boom and mast are courtesy of Hall Spars.
With the sails stowed, power comes from a single 326hp Cummins QSB engine.
Indio was asking €7,500,000 with VAT paid.
