The 50.4-metre motor yacht Ileria has been sold with with Richard Gray of IYC representing the seller and James Auld of SuperYachtsMonaco introducing the buyer.
The steel-hulled Ileria was delivered by Turquoise Yachts in 2013 and has been used only privately with one owner since new. She joined the market for the first time in September 2022 on completion of her 10-year class survey.
Ileria offers impressive volume for her size with 707GT of living space. Her interior is the work of Jean-Guy Verges and features contrasting woods and off-white lacquer paired with light fabrics, Asian motifs and Turkish rugs.
Accommodation is configured as seven cabins and sleeps 12 guests, with a full-beam master and VIP suite on the main deck, a further VIP on the upper deck plus two double and two twin cabins located on the lower deck. Of these lower-deck guest staterooms, two have queen beds and ensuites with baths, while the two twin cabins house ensuites with marble-lined showers.
The main saloon, finished in walnut trim, is furnished with freestanding sofas, easy chairs and an array of tables. Out from the main saloon to the open aft deck is a seating area whose fulcrum is a teak dining table with a buffet.
The exterior and naval architecture was worked up by Turquoise Yachts and her aluminium superstructure and steel hull were repainted in 2020. Large exterior decks are laid in teak. The sun deck boasts a forward wraparound seating area, with coffee tables, providing wide vistas. There is also a bar with a shaded dining area aft and a lounging area.
This yacht's sun deck hardtop has a sliding sunshade, while a spa pool is positioned right aft, rather than in the more common spot forward, with sunpads flanking it. Normally, this area is used either as a relaxing chill-out zone or for larger events with family or friends, but it can be quickly turned into an outdoor gym.
Powered by twin 1,100hp Caterpillar 3508B engines, with low hours of use, Ileria achieves a top speed of just over 14 knots and has a range of 4,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12 knots. She is equipped with zero speed stabilisers.
Ileria was asking €19,500,000 with VAT paid. She joins SuperYachtsMonaco's charter fleet.
