The 25 metre motor yacht Thumbs Up, listed for sale by Tucker Fallon at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales, has been sold in an in house deal.
Built in GRP by Argentinian yard Tarrab, Thumbs Up was delivered in 1999 and has been carefully maintained since. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of an amidships master suite with a king size bed, a forward VIP suite with a queen size bed plus port and starboard twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The full beam main saloon has a neutral décor using high gloss light woods with bird’s eye maple accents. To port is an entertainment centre with a satellite television screen while a leather couch and a love seat plus two occasional chairs are grouped around a large coffee table. The wet bar area is also to port and has two bar stools and marble flooring. Further forward, separated by a mirrored bulkhead, is a formal dining area with seating for six and storage cabinets for china, cutlery and glass.
The covered aft deck has a table in low maintenance Corian with built-in seating at the aft end and matching teak chairs for al fresco entertaining and dining. Two sets of stairs curve down to the swim platform to port and starboard.
Continuing the theme of outdoor enjoyment, the expansive flybridge has built in seating, a GRP hard top and a three sided enclosure for protection against the elements while aft is tender storage. She is powered by twin 1,350hp Caterpillar engines.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Thumbs Up was asking $799,000.
