The 25.51 metre sailing yacht Rocio has been listed for sale by Jochen Brill at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in GRP by British yard Southampton Yacht Services to a design by Tony Castro, she was delivered in 1991 as a ketch-rigged model. An interior by Carole Castro in light maple veneer panelling accommodates up to six guests in the comfort of three well-appointed and spacious cabins. The master suite is located aft and features a centre double bed. This sailing yacht for sale also features a double VIP suite with a Pullman berth and a further twin cabin.
Her spacious main saloon is filled with natural light and has a dining table to port and a large sofa to starboard. She also features a well-equipped galley with ample storage for easy meal preparation.
On deck, Rocio showcases a classic open cockpit that seats eight to ten guests. This comfortable space is ideal for relaxing while underway or at anchor, socializing with friends and family, and enjoying al fresco meals. Her helm station has room for up to ten guests, allowing everyone to be a part of the sailing experience. Under power, her top speed is 11 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 1,000 nautical miles at 9 knots with power coming from two 120hp Perkins diesel engines.
