The 34.4 metre sailing yacht Anemos has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Jochen Brill at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in GRP by Finnish yard Nautor’s Swan to a design by German Frers, she was delivered in 1999 as the first Swan 112 model and had a thorough refit in 2016, including a new teak deck and a full repaint. Her spacious interior, in hand-rubbed satin-finished teak, can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, double and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en suite shower facilities. In addition, there are crew quarters for two staff aboard this yacht for sale.
Anemos is a wide boat and therefore the saloon affords generous space in which to dine, relax or watch a film. Alternatively, guests might just want to sip a glass of champagne from the well-equipped bar while listening to their favourite music through the excellent sound system.
On deck, the twin cockpit layout allows for undisturbed sunbathing and relaxation amidships while the task of sailing is handled aft. An awning provides shade and a broad automated swim platform makes for easy access to the water.
Under power, her top speed is 12 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles at 10 knots with power coming from a 414hp MTU 6R183TE72 diesel engine.
Lying in Mallorca, Spain, Anemos is asking €3,750,000 with VAT paid.
