A €1,000,000 price drop has been announced on the 40.5-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Anya, on the market with Thibault Roi and Peter Brown of Burgess. Delivered in 2015 and built in GRP by the British yard, the tri-deck yacht was refitted from 2020 to 2021 and has already completed her 10-year RINA class survey.
An interior in high-gloss walnut accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, comprising a full beam master suite on the main deck, as well as two doubles and two convertible twins. All cabins are fitted with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. Although built to LY3 code, Anya has never been chartered.
The yacht’s impressive interior spaces include a large saloon, which has sliding doors that lead to the aft deck. The interior features a neutral colour palette, with touches of blue adding a nautical feel.
Exterior areas are optimised to offer several areas for al fresco entertaining and dining, including the main deck aft, which boasts ample seating and a bar. The recently refitted flybridge has an additional al fresco dining area for up to 18 guests and a bar with three bar stools. The area also boasts a large glass-fronted Jacuzzi with a sunbathing area and a retractable hardtop.
