A further $1,050,000 price drop has been announced on the 40.1-metre Sunseeker 131 motor yacht Acacia, listed for sale with Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Carroll of Fraser.
Delivered in 2011, Acacia was built in GRP by the British shipyard Sunseeker and has been well maintained since delivery with regular servicing and upgrades, including a hull repaint in "majestic blue" in 2019, and other works in 2020 and 2023. This new price drop brings the total reductions to her sales listing to $2,600,000.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across five cabins including a full beam-master suite (complete with large shower room) located on the main deck, and four cabins on the lower deck comprising two VIP suites and two twins that can be converted to a double as needed. Both twins are also equipped with an additional Pullman berth.
A formal dining area can be found forward of the main saloon seating 12, with walnut wenge wood flooring underfoot that runs the entire deck. Meanwhile the upper deck offers another lounge area with sofas and a bar.
The flybridge is made for entertaining on hot summer days. Fitted with a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a sit-up bar, two folding dining tables seating up to 12, and water misters to keep guests cool, she is the perfect sanctuary in the heat of the Caribbean.
The 338GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 12-cylinder MTU 4000 engines delivering a top speed of 23 knots and cruising speed of 13.7 knots.
Currently lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA, Acacia is now asking $8,900,000. She will be on display with Fraser at the upcoming Palm Beach International Boat Show.
