A $1,550,000 price drop has been announced on the 40.1-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Acacia, listed for sale with Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Carroll of Fraser.
Built in GRP by British shipyard Sunseeker, Acacia was delivered in 2011 as a Sunseeker 131 model with three decks and a five-cabin configuration.
She has been well maintained throughout her life with regular servicing and upgrades, including a hull repaint in "majestic blue" in 2019. In 2020, she also received a complete teak replacement on the sundeck and new interior flooring, while she most recently underwent extensive maintenance in 2023.
The flybridge is made for entertaining on hot summer days, with a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a sit-up bar and water misters to keep guests cool. Two folding dining tables provide an al fresco dining option and can seat up to 12 guests.
A formal dining area can be found forward of the main saloon and seats 12 with walnut wenge wood flooring underfoot that runs the entire deck from the lounge to the full-beam master stateroom forward which has a large shower room.
