The 28.9-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Stone Hills has newly been listed for sale with Cornelius Gerling of Edmiston.
Delivered in 2021 by the Italian shipyard, the SD96 model has a GRP hull and superstructure and was designed by Zuccon International Project. Meanwhile, the "warm and welcoming" interior was completed in-house in collaboration with the owner's team.
Accommodation on the tri-deck yacht is for eight guests across four cabins, comprising a full-beam master cabin, one VIP cabin and two double cabins. There is further accommodation for a crew of five with one captain and two crew cabins. Guests can also relax in the main deck lounge, which features armchairs and a TV.
On board highlights include multiple exterior lounging areas. Up top, there is a formal dining area that benefits from an abundance of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. When fully opened, the windows lead out to the expansive aft and the upper deck, which wraps around the perimeter of the yacht, and enhances the indoor/outdoor setup. Here guests can make use of the teppanyaki grill, relaxed sofa setting and sun loungers at the stern. Further seating for sunbathing is located towards the bow with steps leading down to a secluded area for privacy.
Meanwhile, the main deck features inbuilt seating sheltered by its awning, with steps leading down to a swim platform to take advantage of the yacht's toys and tender.
The yacht for sale comes with a 4.45-metre Williams D445 tender stored in its dedicated garage, as well as scuba diving equipment.
Power derives from a pair of 1,361hp MTU diesel engines, giving a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. Meanwhile, the yacht's range is 1,400 nautical miles and the broker noted her low engine hours.
Lying in Marina Di Villasimius, Sardinia, Stone Hills is asking €8,750,000.
