The 44.5 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht H1 has been sold in-house at Edmiston & Company by Hans van Doornmalen and Simon Goldsworthy.
Built in aluminium by Italian yard Sanlorenzo to a design by Zuccon International Project, H1 was the first 44Alloy superyacht to be delivered by the Italian shipyard in 2020.
MCA compliant, she can accommodate up to 11 guests across five cabins, including three VIP cabins and one twin with an extra Pullman berth on the lower deck, all with en suite bathroom facilities. There is also room for nine crew on board.
However, it is the 145 square metre owner’s apartment, set across three levels, with a fold-down balcony and access to a private spa pool on the foredeck, that truly impresses.
The 105 square metre beach club is great for socialising and enjoying the sun, while the swim platform provides easy access to the water. On the sundeck, guests can laze in the sun, unwind and dine al fresco.
The main deck aft offers more ample seating suitable for casual gatherings. The upper deck aft hosts huge sun pads and an outdoor lounge area. In addition, a Jacuzzi spa tub is wrapped around by sun pads and is located on the foredeck.
Powered by twin 1,947hp MTU diesel engines, she has a top speed of 22 knots and cruises at 18 knots. For added comfort and safety, she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
H1 was asking €27,900,000.
