The 31.1-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Genoa has been sold with Neal Esterly of Fraser representing the seller and Antonio de Yturbe Redo of Edmiston representing the buyer.
Genoa was constructed in GRP by the Italian yard, delivered in 2019. She is an "outstanding example" of the 102 Asymmetric model according to her broker, in "impeccable condition" having only been used locally in southern California by her previous owner. She features an exterior design from Zuccon International, with her interiors by Sanlorenzo's in-house design team.
Accommodating 10 guests in five cabins, the master cabin, situated forward on the main deck, has a forward-facing window above the bedhead allowing 180-degree views. The remaining four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, with quarters for a crew of three.
Genoa's interior boasts more than two metres of headroom throughout. Her saloon has a large double-L seating area to starboard and an oval-shaped dining table to port. As well as accordion-style folding glass doors to the aft deck, a balcony folds out to starboard, making the whole internal space feel open and fresh when at anchor.
The asymmetry of the motor yacht is created with a starboard side deck, offset by the main saloon and master cabin windows which are flush with the hull to port. Twin staircases flanking the transom and leading to the swim platform are symmetrical, giving crew easy access to mooring line fairleads and bollards.
The 180GT RINA-classed motor yacht has a top speed of 28 knots and cruising speed of 24 knots, under twin 2,434hp MTU engines, and a range of 400 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Genoa was last known asking $7,950,000.
