Price reduction on superyacht Lady Christina at Edmiston

The market continues to adjust to new realities as I learn that Anthony de Kerdrel at Edmiston & Company's central listing, the 62.3m motor yacht Lady Christina, has just had a price cut.

A magnificent superyacht built by Oceanco in 2005, Lady Christina offers vast deck space as well as a lavish interior. All of her accommodation for 12 guests has en suite facilities and is opulently decorated in silk and marble, but the real gem is the spacious and elegant master suite. Situated forward, the master suite is host to a private saloon and offers stunning views through arched windows. The split-level bathroom is nothing short of spectacular with a sunken spa bath and ornate marble and gold details. On the main deck the large beauty salon can provide full beauty treatments and massage therapy, whilst the gym offers further wellbeing, fantastic views and the chance to unwind in the steam room.

Currently lying in Monaco for the winter, Lady Christina has seen a price drop from €52.5 million to €45 million.
