The 40.05 metre motor yacht Serenity II, listed for sale with Michel Chryssicopoulos at IYC, has had a price reduction of €550,000.
Built by Turkish yard Mengi-Yay from a steel hull and aluminium superstructure to RINA classification and delivered in 2010, she features exterior design and naval architecture by Endaze Mühendislik.
London-based studio H2 Yacht Design created her interior décor, which includes a range of exotic wood panelling, such as macassar in the open-plan main saloon and dining area. This spacious area features custom-designed furniture and an adjacent bar, creating the feel of a home on the water.
The large flybridge has plenty of space for sunbathing, a Jacuzzi, and a dining table, while the aft deck of this yacht for sale offers ample space and a table for al fresco dining.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in a main deck master suite with a study that can be converted into a further stateroom, two VIP staterooms and two double cabins. All staterooms come complete with mini bars, entertainment systems and full en-suite bathroom facilities.
The crew quarters allows for a staff of up to seven people, and recent upgrades include freshly sanded decks, new batteries and a complete engine service.
Twin 1,115hp Caterpillar C32 engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots, topping out at 15 knots.
Currently lying in Marmaris, Turkey, Serenity II is now asking €7,950,000 with VAT paid.
