The 29.57 metre Marlow motor yacht Agave, listed for sale by Tim Conway at Luke Brown Yachts, has seen a price reduction of $500,000.
Delivered in 2011 by US yard Marlow-Norseman, she has never been chartered, remaining in pristine condition. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite with four doubles below, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck offers a formal dining area to accommodate eight, separated from the main saloon by a pillared custom sculptured glass divider that changes colours with lighting effects and contains a 45-inch Toshiba plasma pop-up television screen. The galley enjoys its own doorway to the side deck to make provisioning a breeze. The upper deck sky-lounge and command bridge are well arranged with plenty of space, a comfortable corner settee with table, and a day head.
The sundeck is equipped with an outdoor galley, complete with three stools, a built-in barbecue and a Jacuzzi spa tub. Her top speed is 21 knots and her power comes from two 1,825hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines.
Lying in St Petersburg, Florida, Agave is now asking $4,395,000.
