The 55 metre motor yacht Quinta Essentia, listed for sale by Eastwind Yachts, has received a price reduction of €2 million.
Built in aluminium by the Italian Sea Group to a design by Sergei Dobroserdov, Quinta Essentia was delivered in April 2016 as one of the yard’s Admiral models. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in six cabins and interior designer Michela Reverberi has come up with the clever conceit of theming them according to the four elements of earth, air, fire and water.
The master suite represents the earth, with a variety of warm colours and textures while two VIP cabins feature a light blue and pearl grey palette with patterns of flowers and sea creatures to demonstrate the element of water. The two guest cabins’ air decor is in beige and blue tones with silk wallpapers featuring a bird theme and feather embossing. The fire cabin was designed using tones of burgundy and eggplant accented with gold to demonstrate the warmth of the element.
The main saloon has comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre, and is surrounded by large windows to maximise natural daylight. The main aft deck is partially shaded by the overhang of the upper deck and offers a gym and Jacuzzi along with al fresco entertaining areas and sun pads.
More relaxation on this yacht for sale is available on the lower aft deck boasting a large swimming pool, hammam, sauna and a spa suite for massages and beauty treatments.
Another notable feature is a touch-and-go helipad in the bow area. Quinta Essentia also has hybrid propulsion including twin MAN 1,400hp engines and two 150kW electric motors which, with her light aluminium hull, make her extremely efficient and give her a cruising speed of 15 knots.
Quinta Essentia is now asking €22,000,000.
