The 48.16 metre Perini Navi sailing yacht Corelia has been sold in an in-house deal completed by Yachts Invest.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Perini Navi, she was delivered in 1993 as the first in the yard’s 48 metre series and has had the same owner since new. Her generous accommodation sleeps 10 guests in five well-appointed cabins including a full-beam master suite which can be converted into two individual suites if required.
Offering vast deck space, her exterior includes an al fresco dining table and plush sofas on the aft deck. Additional seating options are located forward and at the helm, with built in chairs where guests can relax while underway.
Corelia has benefitted from many refits throughout her lifetime. In 2017, she completed a full repaint of her superstructure and replacement of all teak wood on her flybridge. A refit in 2020 saw an overhaul of the furling system for the Genoa sail, teak repairs, paint touch-ups on the superstructure, a new Lomac Tender, new Bimini tents and numerous services on her essential equipment. Under power, twin 750hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots.
Corelia was asking €8,500,000 and will be renamed Belle Brise. She will now head to Italy to complete a further refit.
