A $1,600,000 price drop has been made on the 45.6-metre Pendennis motor yacht Moatize, listed for sale by Nathan Farrelly at Edmiston.
Built in aluminium by British yard Pendennis to a design by Dubois Naval Architects, she was delivered in 1998 as the first motor yacht to be built by the yard, with many upgrades and refits since, most recently in 2020.
An interior in mahogany panelling by RWD accommodates 15 guests in seven cabins, each incorporating en suite bathrooms finished in verde Rajasthan marble. There are quarters for 11 crew in six cabins.
She also features a helicopter landing pad equipped with refuelling capability, a fitness centre, guest elevator and a top-deck spa bath. The 509GT yacht for sale's top speed is 13 knots, cruising speed 11 knots and she boasts a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots with power coming from two 960hp Caterpillar diesel engines. For enhanced comfort at sea and in port, she is fitted with Koopnautic zero speed stabilisers.
