The 43.3-metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht Lady J, listed for sale with Wes Sanford and Mike Finnegan of Northrop & Johnson, has received a further price drop of $500,000.
Constructed entirely in aluminium by US yard Palmer Johnson, Lady J boasts exterior stylings from designer Tom Fexas, who also developed the naval architecture in conjunction with the shipyard. The 43.3-metre has enjoyed several refits since her delivery in 1997, with the most recent in 2021 seeing the replacement of her main engines and transmissions.
Receiving a $1,000,000 price drop in July last year, this new price drop now amounts the total reductions to Lady J's sales listing to $4,005,000.
Elegant interiors by British studio Terence Disdale sleep up to 12 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite with an owner’s office, king-size bed, large sofa and vanity table. A spiral staircase leads down from the main deck to the additional four cabins, comprising two identical cabins forward with twin berths and trundles, with two identical queen-sized berths located aft.
Her main saloon and skylounge benefit from a timeless aesthetic with traditional furnishings, including Cuban Mahogany panelling. Comfortable seating is found in the main saloon, with a ten-person formal dining table situated forward.
Moving outside, Lady J's skylounge aft features an al fresco dining area and settees around the edge of the deck. Above on the sundeck, guests can find a Jacuzzi alongside a bar and sunpads. The yacht for sale also features an array of water toys and snorkelling gear.
Twin Detroit diesel engines provide a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
Lady J is now asking $7,495,000. She is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, undergoing maintenance works.
