The iconic 65.2-metre superyacht Adamas V has joined the market with Sotiris Konstantakis and Giulio Riggio of Fraser.
Originally delivered in 1987 as Al Menwar for the Emir of Qatar, she was built in Italy by Cantieri Navali Nicolini, whose in-house team were responsible for the exterior design and naval architecture.
Adamas V completed a two-year circumnavigation, proving herself as a global cruiser. Regular refits have kept the vessel in top condition, with the most recent multi-million-dollar works completed in 2023 under the supervision of Giorgi Vafiadis.
The original interior design of the iconic yacht was by Claudio Zampetti. The broker pointed out that she was built in steel and aluminium under the direct supervision of Sanzio Nicolini, founder of CRN.
A 130-square-metre owner's suite on the main deck – including a private saloon, walk-in dressing room and king-sized bed – is complemented by an adjoining 50-square-metre VIP suite. Four guest suites are uniquely positioned on the upper deck, all featuring large windows and having direct access to the sky lounge.
A seventh guest cabin on the main deck provides accommodation for the owner's personal assistants. There are 11 cabins for 15 crew and six staff members.
Highlights of Adamas V's refit include the redesign of her sundeck and the addition of a six-person Jacuzzi to "enhance leisure options". An entertainment room with smart television lounge with surround sound will appeal to future guests of all age groups.
The 986GT, LR-classed yacht for sale has a long range of 5,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 15 knots. Her maximum speed is 20 knots, under twin 4,175hp MTU diesels.
Lying in Vouliagmeni, Greece, Adamas V is asking €15,500,000 with VAT paid.
