The 24.38 metre Nautor’s Swan sailing yacht Umiko has been listed for sale by Sean McCarter at Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2000, the ultra-fast sailing yacht was constructed in GRP by Finnish yard Nautor’s Swan as part of its Swan 80 series. She bears the exterior stylings of German Frers, who also developed the naval architecture. The interiors were penned by the yard and feature accommodation for up to eight guests in three cabins.
These comprise a full-beam owner’s suite with a large double bed, plenty of storage space and a desk and vanity with hinging stools, a VIP cabin and a cabin with two single bunks, both with Pullmans.
The sailing yacht for sale’s main saloon is characterised by beautifully varnished teak, ample seating and plentiful natural light provided by frequent large windows. Guests can make use of the large L-shaped settee and three teak chairs that border the dining table aft. Other amenities include a 58” flat-screen TV, while a small bar is located aft.
Moving outside, Umiko’s decks are teak with black sika, which contrasts with her overall exterior colour palette comprising navy, gold and white. The al fresco dining and lounging area located aft is afforded shade by the large awning that runs from mast to backstay.
When not under sail, a single Yanmar diesel engine tops out at nine knots and provides a range of 1,400 nautical miles.
Umiko is asking €1,595,000.
