The 40 metre motor yacht Arina, listed for sale by West Nautical, has been sold with Justin Longdon at My Sea introducing the buyer.
Built in aluminium by Italian yard Mondo Marine to a design by Cor D Rover, Arina was delivered in 2005 as the 46th hull from this yard and refitted in 2007. A stylish interior by Luca Dini accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and a twin, all with full en suite bathroom facilities. She also has quarters for seven crew.
The main saloon, paneled in mahogany with madrona burl, has a bar and a large U-shaped seating to port facing an entertainment system to starboard featuring a large flat screen television. Forward is a formal dining area for 10 guests around a highly polished wooden table. The upholstery and decorative fabrics of sofas, bedcovers and curtains are in silk with chenille insertion, while taps and handles throughout have gold finishes.
Outdoor areas are spacious, including the aft deck which has built in bench seating above the transom and a separate teak dining table with room for 10 guests on matching teak directors’ chairs. Up on the sun deck is a large American-style bar, sun pads and ample seating protected from the sun by the shade from the radar mast. The stern cockpit is fitted out with a table for 10 or 12 guests for candlelit dinners and the sky-lounge is suitable to be used as a more informal sitting room.
Twin 2,255hp MTU engines give Arina a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
