The 27.3 metre motor yacht Antarah has switched central agencies and is now jointly listed for sale by G-Yachts with Barnes Yachts.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Maiora to an in-house design and delivered in 2011, she marks the first model in the yard’s updated Maiora 27 series. An interior with natural birch wood panelling and leather ceilings accommodates eight guests in four cabins on the lower deck, but what is unique is her layout, which offers two separate areas for guests. The master and VIP suites, which are accessed from the main saloon, both have large windows in the hull providing natural light and beautiful sea views — a first for the Maiora 27 series. The two other double guest cabins are accessed separately from the wheelhouse forward on this yacht for sale.
A popular area is the full beam main saloon which is decorated in light colours and boasts a 50 inch Home Theatre television system that can be lowered into the bar separating the saloon and formal dining area, which seats up to 12 guests.
Both the aft deck and the flybridge are dedicated to outdoor living, with the flybridge featuring sun pads, a folding treadmill and a hard top to provide relief from the sun.
Powered by twin 1,935hp MTU 12V 2000M94 engines, she reaches a top speed of 29 knots and is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
Antarah is asking €2,950,000 with VAT paid.
