The 24.2-metre motor yacht Magnolia One has been sold with Randy Weir from Camper & Nicholsons representing the buyer and Deniz Kaymaz from Northrop & Johnson representing the seller.
Magnolia One pays tribute to classic trawlers with a neo-classical design and naval architecture by Taka Yacht Design. She was built in laminated Acajou mahogany with a dark green hull and wooden accents and delivered in August 2022 by Magnolia Yachts in Turkey.
Light and airy, thanks to white satin lacquer and light oak details, her interior is contemporary, with the main saloon illuminated by large windows and a skylight. Magnolia One can accommodate up to six guests in three cabins, all on the lower deck and sporting circular portholes. Her full-beam master cabin, located midships, is spacious while guest cabins, comprising a VIP double and a twin, contain ample storage. Marble details contrast with the wood. She has quarters for a crew of three.
Stepping up from the swimming platform is a shaded cockpit with a 12-seater dining table. A second al fresco dining space and bar is found up on the sundeck, shaded by a hard Bimini that wraps around the funnel. Her spacious flybridge is comparable to larger yachts with seating for eight by a wet bar.
Magnolia One has a top speed of 14 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots, pushed by twin 610hp Cummins diesels. Zero speed stabilisers ensure a smooth ride and she has a range of 1,800 nautical miles. The yacht has low engine hours and remains under shipyard warranty until 2024.
Magnolia One, lying in Gocek, Turkey, was last asking €3,600,000.
