The 29.6 metre Lowland motor yacht In Excess, listed for sale by Jeroen van der Vliet at Van der Vliet Quality Yachts, has seen a price reduction of €250,000.
Launched in 1990 In Excess features a De Vries Lentsch semi-displacement hull design. She was constructed in Holland by the family-run Lowland shipyard in Zouterwoude entirely from aluminium.
In Excess’s interior was completely refurbished in 2016. The transformation included new carpeting throughout the main saloon, dining area and in all staterooms and reupholstered soft furnishings. With a bright contemporary feel throughout, she offers accommodation for up to ten guests in four cabins. She has a full-width stateroom, with a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with onyx tiles and gold fittings, as well a VIP cabin and two twin guest cabins, both with additional Pullman berths.
This yacht for sale offers plenty of options for dining and entertaining on board. She has a large table on her main deck aft, which can comfortably seat up to ten guests, while her interior dining room can seat up to eight guests and be transformed into a card table for four. In Excess’ flybridge, has ample seating forward with a more casual dining area behind. This is complemented by a wet bar, refrigerator and space for a barbecue.
The yacht is in great condition as her owner, who is an engineer, has spent the past seven years investing in her care and maintenance and has only used her privately for a couple of weeks per year.
Powered by twin 1,400hp Detroit 16V 92TA diesel engines she offers a cruising speed of 14 knots.
In Excess is now asking €1,195,000 ex VAT.
