The 46.2 metre Leopard motor yacht Lisa IV, listed for sale by Kurt Lehmann at Yacht Moments in Mallorca, has been sold with the American buyer introduced by Dino Abbruzzese from Ultimate Yachts Consulting and Jack Robertson of HMY Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to a design by Andrea Bacigalupo she was delivered in 2009 as a Leopard 46 model with a refit in 2013. She recently passed her 10-year ABS survey with flying colours. A stylish interior by Cristiano Gatto accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, two doubles and two twins, both with Pullman berths and all with full en-suite bathroom facilities. Between the main saloon and the large, luxurious master suite with private access from the main deck there is a cinema room that can be converted into a children’s or nanny cabin as the need arises.
She boasts lithe and aggressive exterior lines, fully representing the Leopard heritage. As well as a vast and comfortable saloon filled with natural light, she also boasts a huge aft deck with a large sun bed and al fresco dining for 10. In fact, the aft deck is so large that it can host cocktail parties for up to 45 guests.
More sunbathing space is found on the foredeck, offering total privacy at sea and in port. The impressive sun deck has large seating areas and a dip pool for those seeking relief after hours spent relaxing in the sun.
Her high performance and speed of up to 33 knots via three 2,450hp MTU engines allow her to take on an ambitious cruising itinerary, making her the ultimate holiday superyacht.
Lisa IV was asking €6,500,000.
