A €2,200,000 (almost 50 per cent) price drop has been announced on the 33.4-metre Jongert sailing yacht Lady Sunshine, listed for sale by Peter Hürzeler and Adrian Soos at Ocean Independence.
Delivered in 1989, Lady Sunshine is a classic and more-than-capable sailing yacht. She is the only 3400C model from the Dutch yard, constructed in steel and aluminium, with a distinctive exterior profile and modern interior design from Andre Runte.
Significantly upgraded in 2018 following an extensive refit in 2004, Lady Sunshine has been well maintained since her delivery, with her motivated seller presenting her to the market in very good condition.
At 164GT, her large interior volume offers accommodation for up to six guests in three lower deck staterooms, one of which is a spacious full-beam master cabin aft complete with a Jacuzzi and en suite. Meanwhile, a VIP and a twin stateroom are situated forward, both with en suite bathrooms.
Her main deck arrangement is unique: multi-leveled with several differing areas for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, each deck is accessible by a curved wooden staircase, which leads to a dark-wood bar or private lower deck dining area that can be converted into a dancefloor. Her interiors are finished in light fabrics to contrast the dark wood features and decorated with bespoke furniture.
Other standout features on board include a sundeck Jacuzzi in addition to a large selection of toys and a tender, which are also both included in the sale.
The yacht for sale is powered by one MTU engine that provides top speeds of 11 knots and cruising speeds of nine knots. Recent upgrades also included the fitting of state-of-the-art navigation equipment.
Lady Sunshine is asking €2,700,000, available for inspection in Trogir, Croatia.
