The 26.62 metre sailing yacht Bona Dea, listed for sale by Haas International, has been sold in-house.
Built in 1997 by Jongert as part of the Dutch yard's 25D series, Bona Dea was refitted in the winter of 2010/2011 and also completed a 2015/2016 refit. During this time, she underwent a number of updates including the replacement of her rudder and propeller shaft, servicing of all key systems, the installation of a new VHF radio and repainting.
_Bona De_a’s Peter Sijm-designed interior is characterised by her clever layout that generates plenty of living space on board. Her mahogany interior creates the feeling of a classic yacht that is cosy but roomy, with a total interior volume of 97 gross tonnes.
Accommodation is for up to eight guests in three staterooms: one owner’s suite that is full beam, en suite and situated aft, with one double cabin that also has an en suite bathroom, and one twin cabin. A further three cabins accommodate a crew of up to four people.
The deckhouse on Bona Dea is noteworthy — it offers panoramic views with seating on either side for guests to enjoy sailing in comfort. Aft lies the cockpit seating area that is protected but can be fully enclosed if required.
Auxiliary power on Bona Dea comes from a single MAN diesel engine for a cruising speed of nine knots. With a beam of 6.19 metres, she displaces 75 tonnes.
Bona Dea was asking €800,000.
