The 30.48 metre motor yacht By Grace, listed for sale by Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in aluminium by Brazilian yard Inace to a design by Jon Overing, By Grace was delivered in 1999 and refitted in 2008, during which time she received a new set of Caterpillar C32 engines. Her interior, by JC Espinosa, is panelled in light ash wood, accommodating up to ten guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for five crew.
Her large main saloon has ample seating on an L-shaped settee and three ottomans, and there is a full wet bar with four bar stools, a games table and an entertainment centre featuring a large television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for up to ten guests.
Exterior spaces are extensive and include a large aft deck with all the amenities needed for relaxed al fresco entertaining and dining, while the flybridge offers comfortable seating, a dining area, full wet bar, ice maker and a barbecue grill.
A shallow draft gives her access to all those wonderful, isolated anchorages and her twin 1,800hp Caterpillar engines can deliver a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles, thanks to a 30,280 litre fuel capacity.
By Grace was asking $995,000.
